After a whirlwind of the last week of school, two graduations, three days of professional development and packing for my upcoming trip I have had little time to slow down and enjoy the fact that summer is finally here! I’ve snuck in a few hours of working on my tan, late night pool swims and dinner with friends but I am beyond ready to be in complete summer mode! There is nothing better than waking up to the sun pouring into my room instead of an alarm clock and looking out and seeing my towel dry on the patio before I head to work! Sights that are only seen in these months of the year.

My parents and brother enjoyed The Rolling Stones concert here in Dallas on Saturday night and I couldn’t help but share one of the photos they sent to me from the concert! How crazy are their seats?!

For the next few days I will be enjoying my apartment and Mexican food before heading abroad. The two things I will definitely be missing the most while I travel (minus my family, friends, and animals of course)!
