In just a few short hours this three day weekend will begin! I have always loved the little break before summer officially begins to work on my tan and enjoy breaking out my favorite summer clothing. Hopefully I can get in a few workouts and fun time with my girlfriends before we head to the lake tomorrow afternoon! My students are “chomping at the bit”, as I tell them, eager for summer vacation to begin. As much as I love summertime it is always a little sad to see the school year go! I miss my classes and students when we have breaks and I am never quite sure if I will see some students again. They inspire me not only to teach, but to be patient, understanding, and encouraging. I hope somewhere along the way this school year, I have inspired them in some way.

Alright alright enough of the nostalgia, I can’t be too sad about two months away from the work place! Cheers to nine more school days! Summer is so close I can taste it!
